Quick and Easy Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients:

1 Lb. Breakfast sausage

6 Slices of White bread

Spreadable Butter

1 ½ Cups Shredded Longhorn Cheese

5 eggs

2 Cups Half & Half

Salt & Pepper to taste

1 Teaspoon Dry Mustard


Directions: Preheat oven to 350°


In a medium sized skillet over medium to medium high heat, brown the sausage until it is done. Drain on a plate with a paper towel on it.

While that is happening, spread the butter on the slices of bread and then cut into cubes. Spray a 9X13 pan with cooking spray and spread the buttered bread cubes around the pan. Then sprinkle the sausage over the top of the bread. Sprinkle with 1 cup of the cheese. In a medium bowl, combine the eggs, ½ and ½ , salt & pepper and dry mustard. Beat well. Then pour over the sausage/bread mixture. Then top with the rest of the cheese.

Bake for about 30-35 minutes. Then enjoy.
