Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients:

8 ounces unsweetened chocolate baking squares

½ Cup butter

2 Cups sugar

1 Cup Whole Milk

1 Teaspoon Vanilla

⅛ Teaspoon Salt


Directions:

Melt the 8 ounces chocolate and ½ cup butter in a large, heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate is melted. Add all the sugar and stir constantly for about 1 minute. Add the 1 cup milk, stirring constantly until all the sugar has dissolved (Do not boil). Keep the heat at low to medium low. When all the sugar has dissolved, remove from the heat, add the vanilla and salt.


From here, you can either keep it in the pot, cover it and keep it refrigerated or pour it into jars to give as gifts. ENJOY!!
