Chocolate Decadent Demitasse Cups

⅔ Cup of Whole Milk

2 Tablespoons of Sugar

1 Cup of Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

1 Egg

Pinch of Salt

2 Tablespoons of Coffee Liqueur


Heat milk in a saucepan over medium heat until it comes to a low boil.


Add sugar, semi-sweet chocolate chips, egg, pinch of salt and liqueur to a food processor (or blender) and mix at a low speed. Pour in the hot milk as the food processor runs and blend for about a minute until smooth. The heat from the milk will cook the egg and melt the chocolate.


Ladle the mixture into your demitasse cups and put it into the refrigerator.. The mixture will thicken as it chills.


After the mixture has chilled you can top it with whipped cream or enjoy as they are!
